1) On rainy days, the heat from my fingers holding the NoodleMacro up against my iPhone 4 camera lens, can cause fogging. This can give quite interesting, ghostly effects. Just gently wipe away any condensation with a soft, dry cloth.
2) Vignetting around the edges is not visible as dark areas, unlike on the magnetic stick-on Macro lens you can get off eBay. The NoodleMacro’s vignetting is more subtle, like a blurring around the edges without darkness or lightness.
3) When shooting Macro outside, the wind is your enemy. Any movement, however small, is magnified when using any Macro lens. With my NoodleMacro, I use the iPhone 4’s touch focus, which focusses the image wherever you’ve selected, and I use the blurred edges caused by wind to impart a sense of motion.
